5 MINS
To be really blunt, our time is our most precious asset. It’s completely unrenewable and the further we go in our career or life, the less we have of it.
So above all else, we don’t want to waste our time, or the time of others. So before you engage in this, let’s first establish why would you’d bother.
5 MINS
If you start to look into coaching literature, you’ll find there’s no one single definition of what coaching is.
Damn it.
What we can say though, is all definitions emphasise coaching as a focus on developing a relationship.
TIME TO DO SOMETHING…
NOW THAT YOU’VE DIGESTED SOME THINKING BITES AROUND COACHING, LET’S LOOK AT HOW THIS RELATES DIRECTLY TO YOU.
Below are three activities designed to allow you to reflect upon and apply your learning. Each will take you 5-10 mins to complete. They are editable PDF’s you can download. Once open, simply place your cursor in the boxes and start to type. Save the file for you to access later to review or share as part of your learning journey.
As learners, we must be able to link theory to practice if we want to retain information and integrate learning. So do yourself a favour; put yourself in the place of most potential to succeed as a coach by taking the time to integrate your learning.
